Policies and Procedures

Payment Policy:

A valid credit card number is required for booking an appointment. Your card will be charged at the end of our appointment. If you prefer to pay by cash or check, please specify in your booking. After our appointment you will be provided with an electronic copy of your superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

Mask Policy:

Protecting your family is important to me. Due to the volume of families I am in contact with, I wear a mask at all visits. It is optional for families based on your own preferences and comfort. I take special care to disinfect all equipment before and after your visit. If I, or anyone in my family, has any symptoms of illness, I will be in touch with you to either cancel or reschedule our appointment. I ask that families contact me prior to their appointment if anyone in the family shows any signs of illness, or is traveling from a high-risk area. For now, cancellation fees will not be applied for families who are cancelling due to illness.

Cancellation Policy:

A valid credit card number is required when booking an appointment. Your card will not be charged unless you cancel your appointment without a minimum 24 hours notice, at which point a $25.00 cancellation fee will be automatically applied.

Travel Policy:

My regular service area is within 40 miles of my home town of Pepperell, MA. Some areas will be out of my travel ability, in these circumstances I will try to connect you with an alternative provider. Thank you for understanding.
